Welcome to Connors Facilitation. We are a family owned PLLC dedicated to helping litigants find resolution in their legal proceedings short of trial and/or appeals.
Whether the process for your needs involves facilitation, arbitration, mediation, consultation, or lessons learned from our experience in litigation, restorative justice, and peacemaking, we are committed to helping you achieve an outcome in your individual case that is acceptable to you under the realities of the legal proceedings you find yourself involved in.
How to Begin
To streamline communication and avoid multiple individual emails, please follow the steps below.
1. Choose a Scheduling Spokesperson
Select one person (from either side) to act as the main point of contact for scheduling.
2. Send Us a Group Email
Your designated spokesperson should send a single chain email that includes:
- Case title
- Case number
- Names and emails of all plaintiff and defense counsel
- Names and emails of any legal assistants to include
- Cell phone numbers for each attorney of record

- $450 per hour
- Payment due within 30 days
- A W-9 will be emailed with your invoice

Scheduling Process
Once your spokesperson emails us with all contact information and your preferred month/format:
- We will email all counsel with available dates.
- Counsel coordinate and agree on a date, time, and format.
- Your spokesperson confirms the choice with us.
- We send a final confirmation to all participants.
This process saves time and avoids duplicate communication.
